Let's take a look at what Hialeah Roof Repair will do for you when you call us after a Hurricane. After that first call we'll ask a few questions to make sure you're not in any eminent danger with such things as Tree branches on your roof, or a roof split from it base where you can see the sky from inside your home. If you roof is intact to where you're not in danger and you're not getting any water in your home, we will schedule an appointment to come out after all of our Emergency Roof Repairs have been taken care of. Here's the checklist we begin with:

• No Tree Branches or Debris compromising the integrity of the roof?
• Roof intact?
• No breaks or tears where beams or flashing is showing through?
• Indoor ceilings dry? No discolorations or drooping?
• Attic dry? Beams have any discolorations? Drops of water on the insulation? Paper on the insulation discolored or damaged?
• Outdoors, how are the tiles or the shingles? Any discoloration? cracks in the cement?

Time to climb on the ladder:

• How is the flashing? Is it intact? Cracked peeled? Moved away from the house?
• Any missing shingles or tiles? 
• Where there are missing tiles or shingles is the beam structure visible? 
• Gutters? Are they in place? Have they pulled away from the house? Have they compromised the roof in any way?
• Lastly the Fascia. Are all the fascia boards intact? Any water damage, discoloration or cracks?
